Growth & Grace Counseling, based in Hartford, CT, was created with the belief that healing begins when we allow ourselves the space to grow with compassion, honesty, and grace. As a woman-of-color-owned practice, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered in their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Growth and Grace understands that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and that growth does not happen overnight. True healing comes from giving ourselves grace through every stage of the process. Through meaningful conversations, genuine connection, and compassionate support, our mission is to help individuals and communities build healthier relationships with themselves and others—one conversation at a time.
